How long does it take to set-up & get started?

Set-Up time varies according to your needs, edits requested, and feedback time. We communicate with you every step of the way to make sure it's all done according to your needs & requests. Getting the your system up & running, with all its automations generally takes about 2-4 weeks.

I already have a website but I really want the other tools & features you offer. What should I do?

Already have a domain name? Great; we strongly encourage this as it will be beneficial to your website’s SEO. If you already have a website there are 2 options:

1) (Preferred) We can build a site similar to your current website, but even better, and it will be seamlessly integrated with the full automations & functionality of Zindiggy Tech Solutions! That includes SEO, fast-loading pages & mobile-responsive design.

2) If you already have a WordPress site that you'd like updated & integrated with the Zindiggy System, we can have our web designers migrate it for you to our server & system. WordPress Migration Fee is $787 (For up to 6 pages).

Either way, you can rest assured that your site is now in the hands of a professional company that is responsive to your needs & requests.

Do you offer training & support?

Yes! All clients get on-boarding when they join. Since the tech side of the system is covered by us, clients typically require little troubleshooting. But should you need anything, you can count on personalized support 7 days a week by email, phone, text or chat. We are also building a Video Library for members that will be accessible 24/7 for basic tutorials on using the Smart App.

I need a logo design. Can you guys help?

Can you customize the features I want, and leave out the things we don't need right now?

Definitely. We can discuss your current needs and customize the features you want for now, and you can always add/edit other features later - bear in mind that any added features, campaigns or automations you need will incur Set-Up fees, and monthly fees may alter accordingly.

If things change and you need to add functions, we can hook that up (Set-Up fees apply)! If you need to lower costs, we can cut back services but still allow you to use the Zindiggy App for the flat $297/month fee! And you can continue saving time & money compared to the competitors!

How much does it cost?

Monthly fees vary from client to client, depending on what they need. Upon consultation & determining your needs, we'll compile & give you a guaranteed written quote. This includes 1-time Set-Up fees for your site & CRM automations, a monthly Software & App fee, & a monthly Marketing Service & Maintenance fee that covers ALL of your ongoing maintenance, edits and optimization. We can also offer monthly installment plans for the Set-Up costs, to fit any budget. You can also save 20% off your monthly membership fees when you prepay annually, which is a savings of $594.

What is your refund policy?

We think we've got one of the best online platforms & CRMs in the industry, but if for whatever reason you feel like Zindiggy isn't for you, just notify us within 30 days of launching your site &/or campaign & we'll give you a full refund, minus the initial Set-up fees.
